WSA offers you a special week where you not only learn how to surf, but also allows you time to refocus your attention and explore the layers of ourselves that impact our overall wellness. Wellness is about having a healthy balance of mind, body, and
spirit and can be defined as a feeling of well-being. Whether you want this week to be a life altering transitional start to creating a healthier you, or a gentle reminder to embrace wellness for our mind, body, and spirit, WSA offers it all.

Women’s Surf Adventures empowers women to be proactive with our own health and well-being. The WSA retreat offers women opportunities to indulge in activities that allow you to pamper yourself through yoga, massage, meditation, and spa treatments. Although meditation is a natural outcome of yoga and the spiritual benefits are endless, you will have the opportunity to explore individual classes for both yoga and meditation and choose from a variety of luxurious spa treatments.

Daily yoga classes increase your endurance, strength, and balance, and allow you time to be both relaxed and focused. Yoga will also improve your surfing fitness and flexibility and prepare your body for the waves! Each guest will have a chance to either experience yoga and meditation and the numerous benefits of it for the first time, or develop a deeper practice during your stay.
